Active ProcurementsThis is where DDC posts information about active procurements that have completed the first stage (Request for Qualification) and are in the second stage (Request for Proposals), which is only issued to the short-listed entities. DDC will post the shortlist with contact information for the proposing entities, to support teaming and partnership opportunities at the second stage of procurement. Responses to RFPs are submitted through PASSPort.
